JRThe nice thing is you can tune the retention, Its not like leather were it shrinks and stretches and wears in, there is a actual "clicking" into place the various objects you mold kydex to have when "re-holstered". The spirit in my picture is actually a horizontal carry set up I made to try out. Not happy with it only because it "droops" on the belt a bit and catches on boxes and seat belts. but the next one I make will be vertical. I have almost always carried my trekkers in kydex belt sliders and never lost a one. The only thing that may be hard to get retention on are items that have no disruption in their shape, but even then they will have some "stay put" with the sandwiching of the kydex if its done right.
