I carry a Ti and handle TTi's all the time.  Not noticed much of a difference in build quality but since I don't carry the TTi maybe I'm missing something.  Never had any complaints from customers though.  I'd also like to hear your problems.

How do you mean raptor?

I don't actually have a Ti, but I do have an XTi and I wouldn't have said the workmanship was any better than my TTi. Has yours dropped to bits or something?
I used to come here a lot.

Yeah, I'm curious too! I would say the TTi is built better, if anything!

All of my Charge's (8) have the diamond file rub. How is the serrated blade duller than before? ???

Could just be different ppl on the assembly (how they put it together) , some not as particular as others. just a thought though  but I try not to do that much  ;) :D

Raptor, my TTI Camo has a 154cm instead of a S30v blade. Is your problem worse?

Gene, for me there is no problem with your TTi camo. It could be a US military issue. S30V or 154CM is a good knife material.

Eh, the file rubs on my 2004 Ti so I don't think workmanship has gotten worse in 4 years. It's just one of those things, like the PowerLock bottle opener/lock engagement problem.
