2 new small bits from Nitecore. A tube "bandana" named Canary (they also make a Tropical color scheme) and a small pouch NPP10, that is roughly the size of the shown Skinths and comes with the black and yellow cord I use on my thermos (Akbar Ceylon tea today).

I've read about half of this thread. First thing I thought was "people think I'm bad" 🤣. There are thinks that I always carry on body . Pen, stylus, notebook. SAK Walker.  Mini ulu neck knife lighter, flashlight, lighter watch, gun and extra magazine, keys and wallet and phone.. I have three EDC carry bags all built in 5:11 Moab sling bags.  All bags have titanium mug and spork. Stuff to make tea. Salt and pepper. Small stainless steel plate. Extra light pen  notebook, sharpie. Cordage, duct tape. Space blanket. First aid kit extra lighter  one day of prescription meds. My first aid kits run from basic for my work bag to good enough to empress a emergency room trauma doctor for my big go bag. I work in a level one trauma center and had a doctor go over my kit. I have blood stop and narcan. Other stuff is added for what I use each bag . I have a work bag. An outdoors bag and my go bag it's what I travel with and what I grab when going to the basement when the tornado sirens are going off

Nice! Narcan is very thoughtful for an urban dweller.

I feel that my bag is now near perfection. But I always do and then find some new fine tunning to do.
This is the Omnisack IV, Fall 2024 Edition.

Let's try to describe the main features and contents.

We see the Mcan 15lt  hybrid slingbag/backpack. I also have a similar 15lt version (the Omnisack III) and a 20lt version (which I use for moving my laptops, books etc, when I travel).

1st Picture.
There is an old videocamera bag in the front, with my stamps, a 2TB SSD, whistle, keys, glasses cloth and up to 2 packs of e-cigs. Plus bits and pieces.
On the left, another compact camera bag, with my BT earphones, Belomo 10x loupe and Seibert Emoskop.
There is a flat zippered pocket with my flat hat, a pair of bicycle gloves and a tin pencil holder with up to 10 Backwoods cigars, the only ones I smoke.
Beside this there is another zippered pocket and besides the main compartment, described later.

2nd picture.
We can see my Nitecore pouch with my ecig and a pack of ecigarettes, plus my professional cards and bits.
There is a JBL BT speaker. Very nice and handy.
My Suunto Core.
A hook (I hang bags when shopping, or my jacket in warm weather, etc)
A circular small zippered pouch from older earphones, with my pills, plus small things.
An old Victorinox phone/Swisschamp pouch, from the Briefcase I used for many years.
There is a pen holder underneath, with a Sharpie, a pen and a Stylous flashlight.

3rd picture.
A 0,5lt thermos bottle, attached with the Nitecore string.
Another pouch, which is the First Aid kit. Bandaids, Alcohol Wipes, 4711, liquid soap, gel disinfectant, etc.
A small, flat pouch, with parts that belong to the bag itself (zipers, carabiners, pins etc).

Needless to say that it is very impressive. Random strangers tell me that all the time. But it is also very practical. Everything is in its place and I can find everything automatically and instictively, under total darkness.
In my pockets I only carry my wallet, my komboloi, my smartphone and my Endurandal. But they all have their own place in the bag, when needed (for swimming etc).

4th picture.
Mainly a nice pouch from Temu with scented wipes, tissues, my Nitecore bandana etc. It also holds my smartphone.
Another hook and bag accessories (a belt for carrying an umbrella or walking stick, a sling etc).
On the right shoulder sling I put a flattener with a neck warmer, that acts like sorts of neoprene and distributes the weight.

That's all.

5th picture.
Main pocket with bag in bag, powerbank, Zeiss 6x18 monocular, charger, a small notebook etc. Also reusable bags for shopping.
In the BinB pockets sewing kit, shopping net, batteries etc.
In the back pocket paper, blue tack and other stuff, in the front my Crosswords, thin books or Tablet.
Umbrella (longer umbrella was carried on the outside, but I now bought this short one).

6th picture.
In the middle zippered pocket I keep a Nitecore SRT 9, a pouch with accessories for the flashlight and other stuff, my glasses/sunglasses and 2 Skinths with my current SAKs, Multis etc (these have been shown in the past).

Under the bag, there is a rain cover, that also absorbs vibrations.
