Schrade ST1 USA laminated plier head

I have two of these brand new in package. laminted plier head. the packages are old as this tool has not been made for years. one package is still mint and the other the tool is now loose in the package and slides around. $40 for the tool and $8 for shipping in the US. I will ship anywhere but will need to check the price. first taker can have the mint package.
