Picture resizing

Microsoft has a cool add on that allows you to just right click on an image file & resize on the fly.  It works great for resizing pics to post here.

It's called Image Resizer.

You can download it here.

Thanks Tom, that looks like it would be pretty handy.

Before posting photos here on Multitool.org, I've been downsizing them to around 600 to 650 pixels wide. That seems like a good compromise between too big and too small. I see the Microsoft Image Resizer you linked to has a button to make photos 640 pixels wide. Perfect.

I think 640 x 480 or Small is your best bet for posting to this forum.

This tip was very helpful , thanks Tom . I was struggling with the program my wife uses when selling are unwanted stuff ( hopefully not MT's :D :D) & not having any luck as said wife was out. I did a search of the forum 10mins latter posted my first photos I thought it would take so much longer.

I find Google's Picasa app is quite useful for croping, resizing and doing a bunch of neat effects to photos (as well as browsing them) it's free and cross platform! what more could you want?

I think, somehow, it gets watered-down in the process.  :D

It's cheaper if we order beer by the bucket. A bucket full of cracked ice with 6 bottle of beer cost only 150 pesos or 25 pesos per bottle. If we order it by bottle, it will cost us 30 pesos per bottle. So, we always order beer by the bucket.
