Particularly one with:
 Nail File in place of the small clip blade.
and Universal Wrench in the Phillips layer.
Price according to condition of the SAK.

You may want to look on ebay.com.
The Cyclist sold in North America had usually the nail file, unlike the european models.
The knife is pretty common and it does show up very often.
