Tactical Tool (trade gone bad)

Over four months after Tactical Tool acknowledged receiving the items I sent him for a trade I have received nothing and no explanation at all.
I posted a trade in the trade forum stating that I had items to trade and was looking for a surge.  I sent off a Pulse and an Old Wave and did not receive the Surge I was promised in trade.  I have repeatedly asked for him to resolve this and haven't even received an explanation of what happened.

I would suggest anyone considering dealing with him proceed with caution.

Thanks for the warning, Crouton.. It's a shame that people can do this to a fellow forum member.. I hope this gets resolved ASAP! I think I almost traded with him too..

It's always a great shame when a trade break's down, and while these thing's do happen from time to time, it should be known that were possible the Moderators are willing to mediate between the parties and hopefully bring these disputes to a satisfactory end.
