I need a new watch

You can't really make a bad choice when it comes to a GShock.  The DW5600E is a great watch and I can attest to it living up to day in and day out usage.   Find the right price point for you and go for it.

ive basically had the same type of G on since 1983  there comfy and practical, with just the right amount of usefull functions, oh and tells the time well

+1 for the DW-5600E. They're hard to beat for durability and value. They're quite comfortable to wear. There is the risk of developing an obsession and the need to acquire a pile of variations of them. I don't suffer from that at all...*says that as my collection of half a dozen stare back at me*

You can't go wrong with a g, I have only two squares, but lately my favorite is this one, dw-6600 simple awesome light, thanks to timex

You can get  a used one on the Bay, new bezel and strap, and it will look it comes right out of the box

Thanks guys I picked that over a few more expensive g shocks because of its looks and simplicity . I think it will stand up to some hard work

I wear the predecessor, GWM-5600. Main difference is that it is "only" Multiband 5 and has no receiver for the chinese radio transmitter.
Does all I need and takes some abuse.
