You got it boss. If nobody pops up with an I'll take it by the end of the day. Forgot to mention Paypal only and I believe I have the box, spare orings and the headband somewhere in my clutter of a collection. Will post pics of those when I get off work.

I have searched high and low and all I can find is the headband that came with the light. I guess my collection has truly become clutter. This is strange because I save the boxes for everything that i collect.

It is a great light and I would love to keep it, but it just sits on my mantle. I don't keep stuff I don't use.

 My ex moved out last month and was asking me for boxes. I hope she didn't use it's box. Considering its size I doubt it, but I've heard stranger things.
