That's cool, did you put that together yourself?

Yes I put it together myself. It comes completely in pieces and you have to assemble the entire thing. Thanks everyone else. Glad you guys like it. I really wan't to get the other model kit Strandbeest, but i'm not buying anything for a while. Maybe in a month or two.
I have this one still in the box(Image removed from quote.)have had it for about 5 years one day, one day.
I like model building, mostly i´m into SciFi, Space, and Ships. At one moment in time i was itching for a not available spaceship, and a friend did hook me up onto scratchbuilding - after that a whole new universe was opened to me.My last ship, i´m not the guy for Bismark, Hood, or Yamato or the usual suspects - i like the workhorses. And a special sweet spot i do have for the little canadians:My scratchbuild rced 1/72 WW II Glen-class tug (around 30cm/ 12"), and a barge i´m building for it.Sorry, not the best pics. Now i have it´s little helper on the bench - the canadian Tanac-class in 1/72, but not much to show yet (not much time for working on it).

That brings back memory's, thanks for posting. I built that same kit back in '85 or so. As I recall not an overly hard model to build. About 8 years ago I took my son to the Air Force museum at Warner Robins Georgia. They had one on display with an extra engine sitting next to it, really put in perspective what it's mission was about.
