When I think about it, I can't quite believe it, because many companies want the knives in a color that matches their logo.
Or Victorinox is no longer interested in selling Alox on as advertising knifes, that would be old rumors.

I'm impressed with how much more robust the blades are compared with the regular 91mm SAKs. Or were the blades just thicker back in the '60s/'70s when I think this one was made? I don't have any other Alox or any other SAKs that old to compare with.

The 93mm blade stock is thicker.
