Already done that. Some of the tools have excellent snap others not so much.
I believe this is due to 2 main factors. The enlarged holes in the tools may not be perfectly aligned, each pivot is made of two 1/2" pivots screwed together but they're not 100% aligned (maybe due to manufacturing process and poor tolerances).
I haven't been able to find 1"long pivots to be sure if that is one of the reasons or not.

No luck for 1” long pivot barrels... best chance is to tap brass or ss rods... :cheers:

Yes, I did. It's been in the making for quite some time now.
I wish I had better tools to make the work easier and more precise but, I think it came out good enough.
May work on it some more in the future to improve the snap in some of the tools, however, I'm not planning for another big mod, such as this, anytime soon! :facepalm:
