I´m a bit at a loss for words. While I have left Phil hanging, not shipping his stuff for weeks he went above and beyond and made a plan with Antonio to surprise me, leaving me with a very nice collectors tool and a cheerful chinese Marbles flip around tool/knife.
They are both prime examples of the MTO Spirit.
Not only in this case, but on various occasions in the past, they have been very nice and friendly trade/sale partners and all round top blokes.
