Help Dating This Old Victoria SAK
on: August 13, 2014, 07:56:27 AM
I recently got this very cool horn handled Victorinox "Victoria" SAK from a seller on eBay.  It is in great shape, except for some small scuffs and a chip in the horn.  The blades are super tight with great snap.  I have never seen a main blade with this particular shape on an SAK.  It has a scalloped swedge at the tip, reminding me of classic fruit knives.  The awl is triangular.  The bottle opener is sharpened inside the radius.  The can opener has a PAT marking.  The tweezers seem to be tipped in nickel silver. The corkscrew has 5 turns and deep fluting.  It is an 84 mm knife.  It also takes the most wickedly sharp edge of any SAK I have ever owned.

Can anyone help me identify and date this model?
