Moving out!
on: August 20, 2014, 05:20:11 PM
Soooo, today, I got the keys to my first own home! :D

Own, as in, I'll be leaving my parent's house, living on my own, and stuff :) It's a students flat thing, almost 30m2, studio, but it has everything I need, so I'm happy. Now, it needs paint on the walls, and a floor, and stuff like that, so I'll be busy for a bit, but it's gotta be done in a week and a half, when college is starting :D

I'll see if I can get some pics up when I get there again. Work isn't helping with this, really -.-

Oh, did I mention, it's like 20 meters from the beach? :D

Congratulations Tom! Close to the beach... where exactly?

And is 30m2 enough to store all your MTs and SAKs? :P

Hi Tom

Congratulations

But don't say you've got to put the floor in?  Why was it taken out do you know?

It's brand new, renovated, used to be an office building, so, simply, no one before me to put it in :P

Make sure you don't leave anything (like a certain Canadian) in your parents basement, you wouldn't want them getting any nasty surprises. :D

Congratulations mate.  I still have fond memories of my first flat.

Have you already decided on colors? I vote for one wall in toxic green, one in pink, one in brown and one in white with red dots. Or maybe JD can send you some of that cow wallpaper

Sadly, though it's close to the beach, it doesn't have a view of it, so long range optics aren't very useful :P
