It's a Sinclaire CardSharp knock off.

Just don't forget it in your wallet when going to a plane. ;)

I don't know why i find this type of knife so interesting.

I will give a Iain Sinclair a try one if these days.

If it's OK it would make for a excellent back up knife for lightweight carry.

Ps

I've head bad things about the knock offs use with caution JBW1

Haha, thanks for the heads up. Hopefully I don't get a surprise from my wallet while I'm driving or something. I'll be quoting Forrest Gump....... ''then somethin jumped up and bit me''

Yeah, use with caution on this one. Firstly make sure all the "poppers" are closed, and be aware lateral movement of the (very flexible) blade could get them to pop open.

It's a nice idea, but it's very limited and looks like it should be more capable than it is due to size. I've not tried it, but I wouldn't want to try and eat an apple with this knife. You can get them for pennies on some of the Chinese deal sites, so it might be worth getting one for the fun of it.

As regards a wallet knife, I'd recommend looking at other options instead. Vic Alox Classic, Vic Director, one of the small stainless slipjoints from Spyderco, or of course one of the Swisscards or Tool Logic cards. Maybe even something like a CRKT Doug Ritter RSK Mk5 or Buck Hartsook/Smidgeon might work. The Cardsharp is larger than these, but the 70mm (2.3/4" blade) is thinner than a hacksaw blade on bendy plastic handles, and these other options would be more reliable products. The Cardsharp is also slimmer and lighter, but if you're serious about carrying this as a wallet knife, I'd suggest carrying a mini FAK in your wallet too, which would of course negate space saving  :D

Buy one for fun, then buy something else to carry   :P

Agreed,. A friend gave it to me as a gesture for doing a rigged up pocket clip on a Mt for him, he knew I like knives, and had this, thought I would like it. But practical?, not really, safe? Probably not, but a cool arse idea, and respect between us co workers? Definitely  :D
