Cheers, guys. Yep, both have original screw. There is a bit of mask in tape on the handle of the 8in. that says $4.50. Can't remember if I bought it or was gifted I from a neighbour.
I thought before that they would be more limited to a Stilson or more modern adjustable wrench due to the discrete adjustment holes. However the curve of the lower jaw accounts for this.
