Does anyone know how to remove the screws on the 400 and 600 tools?
I don't want to chew up the screw heads with pliers or a tool that doesn't fit.

Sure, I wrapped the pliers on my SwissTool with duct tape and went at it. No damaged at all. If you find a small enough pair of needlenose pliers you can engage the cutouts themselves and prevent any damage that way too.
