The brown leather decorated sheath, was it made on purpose for the SAK? Looks great.

Gonna be windy tomorrow, good thing I have all those Vic paperweights for my desk.......

(Image removed from quote.)

First of all: You are a very evil man, don't you?  >:D

Is this bag made of Strichtarn from the former east-german NVA?

Why thank you!  >:D It's an old pic....need to update it.

And yes, it's surplus NVA Strichtarn gear...have some of those small combat packs and some like the one pictured which is a grenade pouch. They are extremely well made...wish I had bought a truck load back when they were really cheap. I organize various kinds SAKs in some and have military sewing kits in another.

Make sure you enter over in the official challenge thread so I don't miss anyone for the GAW draw:

I'm always in! Led Lenser K1, Leatherman Style PS. I alternate the SAK/knife to complement these. Lately it's been the Alox Cadet. I might trade it for the Sportsman (a few more options but still just 2 layers).

I'm in two minds between this, and a small Tinker

My rider to the challenge is that I'll still be carrying either a KST or my bladeless Fuse as backup,as should there be a SAK fail,I can't just shut my shoulders at a customer and say I can't do something because of a MTo challenge

I will, however fess up to any such events :tu:

SAK Fail????? That's heresy! I had to reach for a nitro pill when I read that... I dare say the customer would be upset that you'd even think of an SAK failure! :)

That one pictured above would cover the bases for day to day carry though - phillips and standard, bottle opener, toothpick/tweezers and a blade!
Nice multitool knife.
If I need to pick some good EDC tools.
Then I would take my love leatherman multi tool wave and a flash light. Other are just a waste !!!

Thank you! It's a great little knife, despite its fails during the challenge

I'm ready :climber:

Nice Swiss pocket knife from Victorinox. I wonder that they are good to be carried as camping knife or not.
