Old style trade knives
on: July 06, 2008, 03:45:42 AM
I've been eyeing these as of late;

Lots of diffrent styles at a reasonable price (all handmade I think).  They are the total opposite of the tactical supersteel mass produced knives a lot of folks carry into the field.  I'm not knocking them since I own two or three, but these look more than capable of doing knife chores.  Not battoning or chopping, but stuff like cutting food, making fuzz stucks, etc..

So has anyone held one of these?

Not them personnelly, but I've used blade's similar too TR-M and TR-RB and found them both effective blade styles :), and besides the traditional blade types do tend to work better in the wood's than modern tacticals, because thats where the breed evolved :)
Give in, buy several Farmer's!!!!!!
