i took my sog powerassist tools apart today and i was wondering if anyone has done a sog powerassist mod that he can suggest to me? :dd:

Went a bit bonkers on my mods this time and ended up designing a new multi-tool pretty much from scratch.... I based it on the PowerPint since I love the power-assist mechanism, but find all the other tools a bit crappy. Redesigned the plier head to accept leatherman wire cutter inserts. Wanted to make something as light weight as possible and managed to get this to weigh just under 100 grams since I designed and printed most of it in titanium ... slightly larger than the powerpint it has 20 functions including a 128Gb USB stick... scissors are off a leatherman but modified to be reverse mounted and toothpick off a SAK, replaceable blade holder from County Comm and titanium tweezers .... from Ebay :D ... next I'm going to make carbon scales for it.
None of the blades are locking so I can use it as EDC in the UK.

I like that mod! Compound leverage is something I always need in a good pair of pliers.
