The SOG Small Nylon Pouch (P44)

In my search for a good clip sheath I happened up this model from SOG. It features velcro closure, FRN clip and nylon construction. It's on par with most of the other first-party sheaths out there. Although I have noticed that the Velcro on most of my SOG sheaths is significantly less grabby/strong than other brands. Perhaps this is for some tactical reason since it's also significantly quieter?
With Paratool. Due to the Hex fasteners on the Paratool it takes a little fidgeting to get the tool into the sheath. The opening is just slightly too small. This sheath doesn't fit a wide variety of tools but it does hold the Paratool, PocketPowerPlier, Victorinox Spirit and the PST/II very well.
The sheath is very secure on the belt. There is a molded area on the clip that does an excellent job of preventing upward motion.
Bonus; if you're cheap like me this sheath makes an excellent alternative to the Victorinox clip sheath for the Spirit. The Spirit fits perfectly.

I like clip sheaths because they are quick and easy to add to my EDC. No need to thread your belt through the loops in the dark each morning.
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools
