Cool idea.  I bet it would suck if you have forearm tattoos though!

Cool idea, yes. But no chance in hell it would work with the current technology. A pico projector that could project such a clear image in daylight on your skin? And have a battery that would fit in the bracelet that size and have a run time for longer than a few seconds?

Highly unlikely. :-\

There are a lot of other things too. It kind of smells like a scam to get funds to me.

Notice no specs are listed.  Processor speed, resolution, run time etc.  Total scam.

Now, even if it worked... why on Earth would I want to project the image on an uneven surface like my arm? With all its scratches and scrapes causing discoloration in addition? Also, not all the world is Southern California, some places we have rain... and freezing temperatures... then people do weird stuff like wearing a jacket which would either be worn over the bracelet or simply cover the lens with its folds. Taking off my raincoat to check an incoming text message is a pretty final dealbreaker.  ::)

There have also been concept technologies with making the skin itself a display with implants, which seems an even worse idea. :)

From what I saw it's actually concept only, and it would be projecting from an actual smart phone I suppose connected via bluetooth or similar.

The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.
