Half a bottle of whiskey or vodka washed down with a few bottles of beer or wine and a diet coke!

Kelly: "Daddy, what makes men cheat on women?
Al : "Women!"

Normally just a glass of Orange Juice. If I feel like actually eating something I will eat a small bowl of cereal.

On my days off, 2 eggs fried in butter or 3 eggs scrambled with sharp cheddar cheese, 2 slices toast (max), 1 cup coffee.

One work days, peanuts, beef jerky, 2 cups coffee.

Yeah, I'm a creature of habit. I stay away from too many carbs in the morning. Fogs the brain and makes people sleepy. Cereal, donuts, bagels, pastries, etc. are a no-go in the morning. I have no more than a couple pieces of toast if that...and ALWAYS with protein like eggs. That's just my thing.

Usually a slice of bread with kaviar. (Not the fancy russian stuff, but dirt cheap Norwegian kind in a tube)
