Sure wish I could have posted a picture of the whistle by now. It has still not been shipped as of 1-20-2015 I tried to email them using their site and it was kicked back to me both times. Does anyone know a way to get a hold of them? I ordered it January 20th and was charged $10 for three day shipping. The date today is 3-2-15 and still nothing. Any help getting in touch with them would be great. Thanks!

If you paid with paypal AND you haven't gone past the time limits for refund, I would simply request a paypal refund via paypal.  There is no reason for you to take a risk.  The seller has the obligation to ship.  The longer you wait, the less likely it is that you'll get your whistle.

If it's still listed on the site, you can re-order it in a couple weeks.  Your paypal protection will start again.  I just wouldn't take a chance on losing your money.

Where did you order it from? 47s, swissbianco site or eBay?

I agree with Mr. Whippy, if they haven't responded to you yet, first request a refund before the refund time runs out, then you can look into other means of getting your whistle.

The one I wanted is now off the site. As soon as I ordered the whistle, it was taken off actually. I thought I may have gotten the last one but maybe they did not have any more prior. I sent a message along with a link to a different version with my paypal dispute asking for a replacement in place of the one that I had originally ordered. I hope they can make it happen and if not I want to be refunded. I have my phone number and email both listed on the website too and was never contacted about any possible problems. I ordered from Swissbianco.com

Sorry to say this, but we're not surprised. It happened before. Best option to get any of the SB stuff is the Canadian SB eBay store run by Alexei.
