This is partly why technology was so behind in cars for so long, durability of electronic components. Cars are tortured, certainly no place for high performance sensitive equipment

I have a Surefire E2L Outdoorsman that has a runtime of 100 hours on its lowest setting.This is the reason that I bought this light.
