Anyone have an idea what turnaround time is for Letterman warranty service. I shipped off my wave two weeks ago. Im really jonesing for it back.

Mine was 2.5 months but according to posts I've read here and other places, that is non typical.

I think when I sent in a Surge a while back it took about 3 weeks, I have seen some that had a two week or less time.

I sent a couple in last year, I think it was about 3 weeks as well.

Two or three weeks is my experience, and I'm on the opposite coast.

I mailed my Blast yesterday for warranty replacement of a worn out file. Hopefully two to three weeks. I think it depends on whether they fix or replace the tool. I sent in a Micra and had a brand new one a week later.

I've sent back approximately a dozen LMs in the past and the avg turnaround is about 8-10 days back to me. Never experienced such great warranty with any other company
