A Rocky Day

Finally had some decent weather here, so took the Peak-to-Peak Highway up to Rocky Mountain National Park. They had a lot of snow up there this last winter, and Trail Ridge Road through the Park was only opened this last week.

1 - Mt Meeker (13,911')(left) and Longs Peak (14,259')(right)

2 - Elk

3 - Hallett Peak and Bear Lake

4 - Longs Peak is the highest peak in northern Colorado, and tends to dominate its surroundings. (If this looks familiar, check out my avatar   :D )
