Make a 1950 Swiss Army Officer Knife Step-by-Step (May contain traces of Images)

So there are 4 huge tables at the Victorinox factory, kinda hidden, because I have been there several times and have never noticed it.
I tried to translate it (but I'm not a metal-worker, so my vocabulary is lacking). Sadly, due to the windows there is a lot of reflection, hope you can make out the details nevertheless...
