Split my nail almost all the way down. Not too horrible, still hurt though.
In my case I picked up my tinker with the blade the wrong way, wasn't looking, tried to make a puncture with it...So, who dun it?

I remember dropping a SAK once with the blade open and instinctively tried to catch it. I learned a lot from that.Nowadays if I drop an open knife , not very often, I just stand back, so it doesn't catch my toes.Bob
I tend to require stitches after cleaning my MTs and knives. It's a shame blood isn't a better lubricant and rust preventative. Maybe if I was Star Trek's Mr. Data or the Terminator!
