Congratulations, but I'm pretty sure that is not a genuine Palladin PT-540It looks to be the normal SOG Power-Assist but with the head swapped over for the PT-540 Head?
I gave 120 for it.

Funny you mention about the plier head being stubby...Because I noticed that too when I originally saw your thread, after comparing your pics with my own I assumed it could just be down to how it was photographed - evidently not I would drive a hard bargain with the seller, it's obviously missing all the internal tools too that came with the PT-540.
