Nice flower pics Corwyn.

I saw some of those in our place. Those are tropical flowers. Am I right?

which ones?  :D
1,2,8, 10 were taken on the Greek island of Zakynthos
6 is a sunflower
7 are roses
11 is a Blue Phalaenopsis Orchid
16 are poppy flowers
17 is my succulent pot
The rest are random mountain flowers I saw while hiking in the Carpathians

I actually mean most of them are tropical because the ones in Greece can also be found here.

1 - bougainvillea common here
2 - baho-baho or smelly flower Lantana camara, a wildflower commonly known as the Spanish flag is also found here
3 - I don't know the name but also grows here
4 - same as 3
5 - Gumamela, Hibiscus is the Scientific name
6 Sunflower, grows here also
7 - of course roses also grows and blooms here.
8 gumamela
9 I don't know the name
10 Lantana camara same as 2

Wow mate... you're a fountain of knowledge.. I just like pretty flowers and take pictures of them. Ask me anything about aquarium plants but I know next to nothing about flowers.
Speaking of Greece flowers, look what else I saw there  :P

Hehe.. that's also common here.

Lool I looked at the flag and I thought it was Czech Republic ... I was: wtf how do these guys have such nice flowers? ... they're up here with us in chilly NE-Central Europe than I hovered over the flag and saw Phillipines.. explains everything  :P
Flag of the Czech Republic:

Here's one flower you won't see in the Phillipines - Edelweiss. I didn't include it originally as my wife was the one that took the pic:

I love edelweis. And i love the song with that title. Reminds me of the movie "Sound of Music". Does is grow on lowland too? Because in the movie Sound of Music in was shown growing on the highland.

Nope. Only from 1800 meters and higher, in small bunches on rocky terrain.

Apple blossom with bee.
This was shot on 35mm film some time in the early 80's. Camera was probably Asahi Pentax SV with 50mm lens and extension tube(s).

Excuse the (lack of) quality, this is a cellphone pic of an 8x10. I know I still have the neg somewhere...
