...with this!  http://www.isseymiyake-watch.com/eg/ovo/index.html

Not everyone's cup of tea I'm sure, but I think the all black version looks purdy.

Anyone here got one?

True (if I was carrying those).

I have a few watches now, and between them I have pretty much covered every feature available.  I like this one a lot as it has just the one feature and it is the one I mostly need.  Plus, I just think it looks gorgeous.

I love vintage stuff, but it's always nice to have a change.

I certainly wouldn't be swapping those for some USB's  :D.  How about a big pile of cash?  :pok:

I'll try and put one up tommorrow. I can't figure out which model it is. I wound it and wore it today. seems like it's keeping good time. if i decide to part with it I will move it to another Forum if that is apropriate.

Here are some pics. They are not that great, I do not think that our Digital Camera can get in detail that close, or I'm not that great of a Photographer but FYI if it helps in the Identification process.

1. band is not original
2. just says Hamilton on the face
3. self winder, if that is the correct term.
4. hour and minute hand still glow, although not that bright
5. on back it reads (Stainless Steel Back Water protected Antimagnetic Shcokprotected, all in Capital letters)
6. also says 16kt gold electroplate bezel
7. also has the numbers "61001-4" on Back

I am not sure how folks who are into watches rate the condition so I will do my best to describe it as honestly as possible."Twirling Moustache as I type LOL"

1. lots of small scratches on Crystal
2. small crack in crystal between the 4 and 5 O'Clock posistion. i have worn the watch several times in the pool and it has not leaked or fogged.
3. lots of small scratches on back
4. other than the small scratches, and even with them the dial is easily readable

I guess if I was rating it it would be "fair". Seems to keep good time, when I wore it steady for awhile i would have to move it back about a minute a month.

What Kind of Hamilton do I have and what is it worth?

As I have said Mods if I decide to part with it I will move or request this moved to another forum. Right now I am more curious then anything. Thanks in advance

To take good closeup pics, see if your camera has an icon like this:

This means Macro mode, which is a fancy way of saying "good pics of anything between 6 and 24 inches from the lens."  Also, press the shutter button halfway down and wait for a second.  The image should clear up a bit, then press the button the rest of the way down once it's focused.

See?  I'm thmart!

Thnx, It has seen better days, I wore it last night though. I am up in the air about keeping it. It once belonged to a family member but there are some mixed feelings involved as to the sentimentalty of the watch for reasons I don't want to discuss. I also had a 1873 Springfield that I traded off for a couple of Dan Wesson Revolvers for my two boys for the same reason. The watch kinda brings out more of the bad memories than good.

I always think that if there is any doubt at all about trading or selling anything, then don't.  You don't want to end up regretting it in the future.
