Doesn't look like a Leatherman.  The marking on the plier head is the first clue.  Non the the interior tools look like tools Leatherman used.  You have what appears to be what we affectionally call Cheap and Cheerful.  No less a good MT but not a official Leatherman.

That is Walmart's Ozark Trail logo.
