Its not as good as it used to be imo as he rarely shoots slingshots anymore :(

Yeah he also got a bit "wild", in the beginning he really was testing slingshot designs, what works and how well. I liked how he designed the laser targeting, that was a brilliant piece of engineering.
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Exactly :) Now its all about weaponizing toilet brushes and lunching homemade tomahawks! Which is a shame as like you said the engineering in his slingshots really was inspired :)

He's blimmin' well done it again!  :ahhh

I was looking for recommendations for a Logitech mouse and Chako kindly offered to send me a near-new top-end Logitech G903 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse!
For free!
And he insisted on covering the postage! (he may be regretting that now :-[ )

Exactly three months later (yes, that's right) a large box arrived. It seemed rather large and heavy for a mouse:

Upon opening it with my Surge I was confronted with a plethora of items:

First, a lovely card:

This is what else was in the box:

A gaming mouse bungee  ,  Canada flag and trivia :D ,  Logitech G903 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse,
a bag of stuff,  resealable camping bags?,  another bag of stuff,
Canadian Tire 'money'?,  mouse pad.

Inside Bag 1:
Fish and plant reference guides, Smokey Bear and fire service stickers, carabiner with velcro strap.

Inside Bag 2:
Coghlan's fire starter,  three carabiners (one is also a whistle and flashlight),  Leatherman Wave  :o ,
fire starting kit,  small flashlight,  small Wenger SAK,  sheath for the Wave.

Dan/Chako, I don't know what to say... other than thank you very much for your generosity  :hatsoff:  and  :ahhh .

I hope you like the mouse. The mouse bungee is also a USB hub.  :tu:

The box doesn't look all that beat up. I am surprised. I have seen once what the local delivery dude does to packages going out for delivery as he loads his white van. He has good aim.

EDIT:

Forgot to say the Smokey the Bear is a book mark, those camping bags are meant to be waterproof for electronics, etc...but I never did test them. The Wenger has 2 tweezers just for kicks.

Good to know before I start trying to peel the back off.  ;)

It is a Wenger Esquire minus the toothpick, but with an added set of Wenger tweezers. The Esquire is basically the same as a Victorinox Classic.

The 2 invasive species guides are about the Great Lakes area of Canada and the US. My city is right between Lake Superior and Lake Huron. Also north of Lake Michigan.

The black belt key holder is one of my favourite EDC items.

The fire kit was found in a small town called Bruce Mines. They work great.

The Life Gear flashlight is a cool little piece of safety equipment.

Oh, and the Canadian Tire money is as Canadian as you can get.

Hey, he didn't say what size of boat or how fast it could go, some hi-po boats can be quite speedy in the right conditions ....  :pok:
