Baby G Bezel pins (front)
on: July 28, 2015, 10:57:40 AM
So, I took the bezel off a baby G to clean it, and the two plastic pins, at the front, at the sides, popped out too.
Now I can not put them back using reasonable force.

Should I put them in first, then the bezel, and push the bezel down OR

Should I put the bezel on, then nail them down over the bezel??       ???    ???    ???

see picture explaining which pins i am talking about

I have no comparable Baby G at hand right now, but I´d put the bezel on the case first and then pop the pins back in, maybe using some silicone oil/grease?

Thank you.  I had a look around the internet but could not find something about it... If you try to push them in they get bent, or go sideways... and they are tiny (took me 2 hours to find one, after it fell on the floor...)

Maybe grease will help   :D

OK, figured it out.
They are basically ornamental.
You put them in first - they go in easily and are loose. If you turn the watch round they fall off.
Then you just put the rubber bezel on the watch and that keeps them pinned  :) down...
