I don't know,  at $24.95 it could be a great bargain or a horrible tool.

BF-200 looks nice in photos, but the price tag suggest me otherwise.
The pliers design with exposed spring is not very original, seen it on many other knocked off MTs.

Looking at their other offerings, those are definitely knocked offs.

If anyone in the US wants to order them for me and have a little play before sending them on to me, please send me a PM.

The blades, sprung pliers head, most of the implements remind me very much of a China-made Tomahawk-branded cheapo I own. The Tomahawk tools locked, but by a cruder system that requires an adjoining tool to be partially opened to unlock the lock. Not a useless tool at all, just not very refined.

I picked up something identical to this on ebay under the SR brand, known for making lots of closely inspired copies of things, but not counterfeits, and generally up front about the low end materials and clearly marked with the "SR" brand. Don't know if it's a copy or an alternatively branded version of the BlackFox tool.

It has a remarkably deep decorative etching. Not a bad tool overall. Blade has chisel grind, can opener works ok.

I'm 99% sure the BlackFox line is China import. Their lineup includes knives available either direct from China or under domestic US brand names like Rough Rider, Sanrenmu, Omuda/Rimei, and possibly SR. Those are just the ones I recognize.
