My Fenix E21 bit the dust....... well kind of. Its acting weird and I am hoping someone might be able to help me fix it if at all possible. I will try to explain what it is doing. When I start to depress the tail switch the light will come on in momentary, but once the switch "clicks" the light is not producing any light. When I depress the switch again (which would be to turn it off) it comes on momentarily and when it "clicks" the light is off again. Any ideas?

I had similar problems with my LD20 - turns out the LED/circuit board holder had come slightly loose inside the head. Maybe the same construction on the E21? Unscrew the head from the body and inside there's a ring with two holes - I managed to wedge the tips of a pair of needle nose pliers in there and tighten the while thing back down, worked fine after that.
I fixed it and you where exactly correct as this is what was wrong. I pulled the back end of the light off and noticed the metal ring with the two holes. I found SAK pliers worked the best and screwed it tight... or so I thought. I guess it is reverse threaded as I loosened it and it fell apart into 5-6 pieces. Put it back together and screwed it in counter clockwise until tight. Works perfectly now.
