Yes it’s one of my favourite sets as well. I’ve been into Lego since the early 80’s. During the first lockdown here in the UK I found a lot of vintage sets in storage and had great fun building them again. I have lots of Lego Star Wars, Castle, City and Technic sets. Then after that I started buying lots of new sets. To date according to Brickset I have 326 sets.

I’m now trying to complete my collection of Lego modular buildings and have thirteen sealed sets so far. The first three vintage sets are very expensive especially sealed in the box.

I just reached the 300 sets mark on Brickset. But I'm sure some (older) sets are missing and some sets I sold to my brother are still included.
And it excludes dozens or perhaps a hundred sets my neighbour gifted me a while back 8)

Is anyone watching the TV show Lego Masters?  While I am no lego builder I quite enjoy watching all the very cool builds.

Over the last 3 years, a 150-person team at Lego has tested 250+ formulations to create a brick from recycled plastics.

The prototype, which uses plastic from recycled bottles, is the 1st to meet Lego’s quality and safety requirements. According to Lego, a 1-liter plastic bottle contains enough plastic to make 10 2x4 bricks.

The hard part: building recycled bricks that are just as strong as the old ones.

Researchers have found that a single Lego brick can withstand 950 lbs. of force, or the weight of 375k bricks on top of it.

It’s not Lego’s 1st sustainability play
The company has said it’ll invest $400m in sustainability through 2022.

In 2018, Lego started using bio-polyethylene made from sugar cane to produce some of its softer pieces. (Does that mean there are sweet Legos?)
In 2020, Lego said it’ll start eliminating single-use plastic from sets.
This is cool and all, but we’ll truly be impressed the day they announce that painless brick.

Added some extra drawers. My OCD is killing me... The new cabinet (bottom right with the larger drawers) is 1 cm taller than the ones I already had :(

I’m a police dispatcher and she works at the ER.
Great wallpaper for our phones.
