Wow.

I'm sorry you had to deal with it. Local customs are fairly tame in comparison - they just want to make sure you're not cheating on taxes... Big boxes do tend to attract attention, so I'll probably have to tangle with The Man on my end, too.

Which brings up the question: I'm always asked for a receipt. If I tell them I bartered for the content of your package, will the clerk's head implode? Oh well...

I do have an AA Maglite, at least will as soon as I get it back from repairs. Consider the Farmer payment for your troubles and the Nite Ize upgrade kit.

well i hope they realise it aint new,so they might not want any taxes of it,u can see even with custom workers eyes,from sheath that its not new,but its still in vg condition,and from fuse u can see it has been used for maybe ionce or twice+the custom job.

this wasnt the first issue with customs,ive used to those guys there teasing innocent people.well,they do some good job too by snatching drug sending attempts.
