I was at my buddies house a few days ago.  Long story short:  we were draining some rain water out of a boat.  It gets cold enough to freeze during the nights so there was ice floating in his boat.  My buddy had to go back to his house to get some tools so I had a few minutes to mess around with my Signal while I waited for him.

Nice to see the Signal getting some love.  Still feel the Signal is a good tool and would/could benefit from some further engineering.

Talked with my son and I asked him how it was working for him...he said he loves it. Has used it and is on him 24/7 except when showering and sleeping. Said it has everything he needs.

Allways tempted to buy one but its just too expensive to buy, Signal would be great outdoor tool

I took my son to Bass Pro and told him to knock himself out for his Bday present, he checked out a lot of Leatherman MT’s and went with the Signal, which is the one of the two I thought he would pick.

Funny, I think the signal had it's best use as an EDC tool imo. In the woods ST300 all the way.

Great pics Ivo and King_Gorilla.

I think the Signal is the one Leatherman that just keeps tempting me, but I haven’t tried yet.  If I could find a Robins Egg blue on a good sale, that might convince me.

Modded ST300? If so, would you mind linking your ST300?

Yes.  I think it could be an awesome compliment to my new Mt Yeoman.

I just wish I could find one on sale.  If not, maybe when my REI dividend comes in.

That’s an nice mod!

What mods would the ST300 need to make it better for the woods?

None really needed in my opinion unless you had to have a pair of scissors.

Can someone tell me the actual thickness of the Signal? I'm trying to compare it with the Skeletool. Searching the net has come up with no real answer. Hopefully this gets answer before the end of the day since it's my last day to get one on sale!

Didn't want to start a new thread just for one question. So, I figured I'd ask in the owners club. Thanks guys!
