Yes sir  :salute:  Busy busy these days, just took a few quick snaps.

My thoughts on the Signal:
Although it's a combo blade I do like the beefed-up thickness (good for outdoor chores). I can produce feather sticks with it without a problem.
The interlocking handles are a good idea making it a very solid handle unit when the knife or saw is used.
I find the whistle loud and clear too.
I did not try out the fire steel yet though.
Oh, and there's a clip and a carabiner to secure it on your gear or pocket etc.  :tu:
It seems a good, sensible and solid outdoor package to me.
The awl could have a little more bite maybe.

Overall I love it  :2tu:

My thoughts on the Signal:
Your thoughts pretty much mirror mine. I would like to see a dedicated lanyard attachment point, though. And though I haven't tried the ferro rod either, I'd use it as a backup for a much larger one.

You could use the hole in the pocket clip...

Why didn't I think of that? I'll pull the Signal out and try to pass some 550 through that hole. Thanks for the idea!

The aqua color of my Signal eventually grew on me. The same cannot be said of the pink whistle/ferro rod holder and sharpener. However, that's an easy and fairly inexpensive fix.

Great picture Poncho and, as much as I like the color combo on the Topo (on the Topo Signal, not on the "new-designer-series" Skele), that Charge looks awesome!. :2tu:

In other news ... after I used the blade on my Coyote Signal to open a package and began prep'ing a "photo shoot", I noticed that It had a chipped cutter blade, right at the hard wire corner!  :sa: :dwts:

I don't recall using it for anything heavier than clothehanger wire or having them get pinched by one another but, who knows; so, I guess I'll chalk this one to "unknown user error/ too-bad-they're-no-longer-154cm"!  :salute:

Just in case, it's the one on the "L. Signal" handle.

Thanks, Poncho; I can still cut using the regular cutters but nothing like coathangers; no worries though as replacements are on the way!
