I love that DKPK.  :drool:  Anyone have any idea where one would get one of those?

Hi Benner,

I know a couple of places. First up is a shop in Denmark owned by Per Albrechtsen. I've dealt with Per a couple of times and they've both ran smoothly,

http://www.thegoodstuffshop.dk/default.asp?lang=uk

Then there is Charity Chimni who is a member of British Blades. She is a Spyderco agent and is great to deal with. I've had a few items from her and everything went great. Here's a specific thread where she's mentioned the Denmark Penknife.

http://www.britishblades.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44570

Hope this helps,

Mark

I went a little slipjoint  :ahhh lately (sort of an anti-tactical reactionaryism  :think: ) and have been buying, selling and trading like mad.  :twak: Here's some of the ones that I have picked up in the last year or so. The Rough Riders are very dangerous because they are very nice little knives for the money and it is far too easy to get carried away buying them! All mixed together below you will find Boker, Case, Schrade, Queen, Moore Maker and Rough Rider.

I love you. Please make slipjoint babies with me.

:D

EDIT: And I totally understand with the Rough Riders... I used to buy the grab bag of 5 seconds from SMKW for $20, but they're all out... :D

The seconds were totally nice with the smallest tiniest defects. ;_;

Thanks for the compliments!  :cheers: I can't call those pictures of my collection (really my collecting, rather) since probably a third third of them have been given away, traded or sold off since I took the scans. I ended up giving away a lot of the Rough Riders to family and coworkers who were all non-knife folks, but got nostalgic for what their father/uncle/grandfather used to carry when they saw the knives. We actually did a group buy at my office from waxmanknifeworks.com !

Here's a few more that I forgot yesterday...

These two are the latest additions to the collection (both keepers).

The only "traditional" slip joint I have is a Buck 303. It's nothing fancy but I carried it for a year or two during the early 2000's. It is a great little knife. I still carry it occasionally. It has sentimental value. I was carrying one when I met my wife. Although that particular knife broke(I was abusing it BIG TIME) I promptly bought a replacement. One of these days I want to get the bigger Stockman knife. Same design but just bigger and more heavy duty.
