Sometimes I carry the Culater with me on a separate chain together with my Victorinox Pioneer Silver Alox.

This OPT cost me about 4 euro.

It has never occurred to my carrying a lock on a keychain, actually. What do you use them for?

I have two keychains, with two different setups.
What I use the lock for is closing my bag when I leave it together with my classmate's and we go out for field testing and measuring (Topography, map making, GPS location, angle and orientation sessions). The bags are all together but the class is left open so all the other students and people can get into the room.

And there's many people in my school, some of them quite unfriendly looking.

It's a small LIDL flashlight, actually.
Keep the button pressed, 10LM, super small and light.

Then they can´t open your bag but they can go away with it (or cut the fabric to get inside)...?

Yup but that takes more guts to do than just cautiously open, take and leave. If someone took it and ran away with it the teachers/other students might see him or recognize the bag.

Cheers! I decided that I only need my front door for everyday use, other house keys (back door, garage) could stay in the house. My car key is a single key and kept separate. Work keys stay at work.  It feels good traveling light and I can add things as I see fit

Anyone here also got one of those "octopus" keys (circular, multiple head, all steel one piece tool) when they were on sale?

My keyring is sparse compared to most.  Plastic carabiner with two split rings.  One ring has the prox reader for my car and my house key.  The other has a Leatherman Brewzer and a Fenix E1.
