Yeah we have kinda been neglecting our other vice.

The Sebbie looks good AND cuts well.  Does that make it a MT?  :D

Most definitely although I dont think the others would agree . I think Sebbies should have their own sub forum  >:D

Dunc

That would be a sure fire way of making us even less popular.  :D

If you handled one for just a second you would totally understand.

No other folder even comes close.

Yeah only joking, it does look like a very nice knife. I couldn't compare it to anything as I think I've only ever handled 2 folders, they just don't interest me much really. By the sounds of it though, you get what you pay for with a Sebenza, which is how it should be :)

That is one lovely (and expensive  :o) pic!

From what I have seen, the Sebbie still appeals to me more I think.  I just like the "cleaner" look of it and I also like being able to completely strip it down and clean it.

I like the design on the regular.  :)

Guilty as charged!  :D

I'd like to handle an Umnumzaan.  I have heard it feels "tougher" than the Sebbie.  It's hard to imagine anything could feel stronger.

If they did a plain one without the window breaker I'd be drooling all over it .  But that is basically a Sebbie.  :D

Ben, I forgot to show you the custom pocket clip that my buddy made me. It's made of titanium and was done all by hand. It uses the pivot to hold the pocket clip on the knife, a very unique design. Here is a picture and a video that my buddy did for me:

I REALLY like that clip!   Looks a lot better than the original as it doesn't all rest on the lock bar and as the design is intended, it allows more of the knife to be in your pocket.  :)

I think I'd feel more confident with that clip.

Thanks! I only wish he could mass produce them. It takes him way too much time to sell them. He ruined five clips before mine was right!  :ahhh

Just looking at Gadget Guys latest CRK  reminded me that we have had very little Sebenza talk recently.

Anyone else taken the plunge and purchased one of these fantastic knives?

Mike saw mine when we met recently and despite the Sebbie not really being his cup of tea, he seemed really impressed with it. I continue to be really pleased with this knife and despite it's high cost, remains one of my best buys.  I gave it a few licks on my sharpmaker the other day and it quickly went shaving sharp.

Man I love this knife.  :D

Much bigger than that and you lose the size advantage a folder gives you :)

Looking at trading some of my Atwoods for this Large Sebenza with a second set of Carbon Fiber scales.
Why do I carry a 45 ?
Because they don't make a 46 !
