What's in YOUR spy capsule?

The other day I got one of those little keychain spy capsules free with my order from edcdepot.com and wondered what it would be good for. So today I snipped a few toothpicks to about 1 1/2" long and put them inside and put it on my keychain. I don't carry a SAK on my person all the time so I figured some toothpicks would come in handy.

I also thought of a few Advil in a plastic baggie would be good to have...

So what are some common things people put in these spy capsules?

I own 3 + 1 Med.Capsule ( from cvs )

on the ( 3) I have tinder of dif.kinds.
on the Med.Capsule I have some Tylenol

( about 8 500mg pills )

I have a few of the EDCDepot.com spy capsules and I think they are great. I never bothered getting them before, as in my former line of work I saw them all the time, and they were always filled with illegal substances. Of course, EDCDepot.com includes a free one with every order, and I've placed a few orders, and so I have a few capsules!

I keep a blue one on my keychain and I keep a spare arthritis pill in it for those wonderful times when I am away from home and push myself too far. I shattered a foot a few years back, and if I walk too far, or the weather is bad, it hurts like heck. I hate taking the arthritis pills because they are pretty potent and I can feel myself "fuzzing out" so I have to keep one around safe and sound for those occasions where I need it.

I have been thinking of switching to the red capsule though so it would match the SOSAKOnline carabiner that my keys hang on!

My wife and I carry ibuprofen tablets in the spy capsules.

I placed a ball bearing swivel between my wife's spy capsule and her keyring so the capsule wouldn't come apart while she thrashed her keys about. Swivels are sold in the fishing departments of sporting goods stores.

I have been having neck and shoulder problems for the past year or so. I always try to keep my capsule full of Advil.

I carry two. One has Aspirin and Sudafed in it for my frequent sinus headaches, and the other has Aleve (Naproxen Sodium) in it for aches and pains.

I don't have a spy capsule, I do look at the SS ones at the local pharmacy from time to time. My keyring is so packed enough as it is, I don't think I would have room for one of those.

Consider aluminum spy capsules. I have stainless steel and chromed brass capsules but I don't carry them due to their heavy weight.

I bought several Bison brand aluminum capsules from Sissy-n-CR. They were inexpensive. Sissy-n-CR used to offer free shipping in the USA on orders over $10, but their shipping charge is now a flat $2.

Before that, I used a converted Maglite Solitaire flashlight body as a pill capsule by replacing the head with a soft plastic nipple.

old topic I know, I have a slightly larger one that I keep a set of earplugs in. (I ride a motorcycle daily, earplugs help reduce fatigue)

I do have a spy-capsulable peanut lighter, but keeping the lighter dry and full of gas takes priority over silly things like toothpicks. I may change my opinion if I ever need heart medicine.

Yeah, me too.. I've got a ton of them, but I don't EDC one because I have no use for one.. I always have a toothpick (SAK) and usually a little book of matches too.. I am sure I with think of a use..

I have a photo of a little outdoor shop in eastern Quebec that has a bag of "CRACK" displayed in the window, it was before I had a digital camera so I don't know if I can find it anymore.
