I have had or may still have a 1192 one :think: and I have had a couple of them with datecodes in only one handle :cheers:

Here’s a question for the PST/II owners on the forum. How common is a can opener with no edge on a PST? Could that be factory or a replacement part?

I got this PSTII off the bay a few months ago.
 
 Aside from a chip on the pliers tip, it looked and arrived looking almost brand new. I check as I always do the tools and quite happy with all of them. I didn’t notice until today that the can opener is not ground to an angle. It’s flat across with no edge.
    
I haven’t had an opportunity to use the can opener on this particular PSTII and must have missed it. I used it as a bottle opener and that’s when it hit me.

What do you guys think here?

That is a goood looking PST II.
You have a very rare factory fault edition  :D.

I have checked all the ones I have and they are all edged to one side. You can fix that if you can find an opener seperately. If it was mine, I'll pack it away or use it carefully.
