1. The prices here are different for ebay (cheaper here)
2. I didn’t understand what detail did you mean
3. Instruments from Surge / St300 are larger in size from the wave/blast/fuse and they need to be modified to fit.
4. Depending on weight, but usually $ 6-10. Preferably in dollars.

try contacting your post office - now there are problems with tracking items. Parcels are shipped to most countries.

I have been checking, however, the status hasn't changed in over a month, though.

1 wave or charge type straight blade for a wingman, again, if it fits without too much hassle and a rebar cross-head screwdriver for the same wingman.
And the proper tools for disassembling the rebar and the st300.
