Price check on Limited Pioneer needed.

I have been carrying it the last couple days and almost lost it twice. I am thinking of sending it down the road to someone else possibly. What do you think the value would be on this guy? 2012 limited run. Blue with red shield. #19 of #50. Its used and the key ring is ground off. Not a lot of snap on the awl, but I am running it dry right now. Oil will probably fix the snap on the awl. Thank you in advance everyone.

Not extremely much, I reckon...

The numbered thing would draw in serious Alox collectors, but they would frown on the worn scales and ground ring.

Regular users are quite sick of Blue Alox (seeing as it's been everywhere on the market in 2015) and the worn scales and ground ring are minuses too...

It's one of those things that you could buy for 30 USD but that someone who reeeeally wants it for his collection would pay 300 USD without blinking... I'd put it up for auction and see what you get... I personally think somewhere 50-100 but it depends very much on the bidders...

Hard to put a value on. Maybe an easier way would be to decide what you personally would consider to be a fair swap/trade, and use the value of that item instead.... if that makes sense

Its a tricky one but I think on Ebay it should do $100 at least the scales look great but the on these knives the value is all in the colour.

Is the Awl ok it looks a bit dented in the photo

The awl is fine. I compared it to a few other inline awls and they all have the indentation in the side.

Possibly. I have no idea.

I recieved the knife exactly as it sits. When I got the knife a few years ago I just washed it, dried it, and put it in storage. I have no idea what the previous owned did. It could have been, but in the same sense I have seen "naturally" worn alox look identical so who knows.

No one is ever sick of blue alox, especially with red shield.

Steve is generously sending me a leather slip/pouch he made for it to see if I can stop it from wanting to jump out of my pocket which I assume it will. Once I get the pouch I will be carrying it regularly.

Already had a offer via PM. While it was probably fair I am going to hold onto it for at least a little bit as Steve is sending me the slip sheath to use and if it fixes my problem its not going anywhere. I also gave first dibs to the mystery PM'er so if I do decide to sell and I accept the price offered he has first go on it.
