Congrats! I also have the GAK and the Mauser and I really like carrying those!

(although I already made a nasty cut in my finger with my razor sharp GAK )

Nice collection :)

Those Mausers are great looking knives. The GAK is one of my steady companions since 15 years now - when I discoverd that pattern in the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).

Blimey... Nothing quite as ugly as a tin opener at the far end of a saw!

(apart from Lemmy Kilmister, obviously...)

Not very pretty, but it works quite well, provided you either don't lose the saw cover, or if you do, you take care to stay away from all the shark's teeth on it when using it for opening cans. The length gives considerable leverage, which I immediately noticed the first time I used it to open the top of a can.

Thanks guys.
My next goal is the GAK with the 2-row stamp "VICTORINOX ROSTFREI".

The can-opener is indeed ugly but useful, also the saw is a beast  :D

That's a nice collection, I recently thought I had found a neat GAK for 9 euros at a thrift shop but someone had butchered the blade and the awl, quite a bummer.

Yes, i found a GAK with a 2-row stamp.

Wich one was first? The 2-row or the 4-row stamp?
The GAK was made by Victorinox from 1976 to 1986. In 1985 the nail file / match striker was added to the woodsaw and al these i have seen have a 3-row stamp.
So, my guess is first the 2-row, then 4-row and finaly the 3-row stamp
